Elizabeth Eugea, MS, LCPC
Elizabeth works with clients age 13 & older. She specializes in women’s issues including: Grief & Loss, Adult Children of Alcoholics and other loved ones of Alcoholics, Co-dependency Issues, Life Transition Issue, Separation, Divorce, College Adjustment, Domestic Violence Victims/Survivors, Spiritual Issues, Financial Distress, Depression, Anxiety, Dating/Couple Issues, Empty-Nesters, ADD/ADHD, Stress, Anger Management, Blended Family Issues, Communication/Conflict-resolution/Problem-solving/Decision-making, Women in Crisis, Single-Parenting/Parenting, Recovery for family of origin dysfunction, Boundary Issues, Self-esteem/confidence.
Elizabeth believes in joining clients in the moment. Her warm and caring nature brings a comfort level that enhances the therapeutic relationship from the start. She believes it is important to a client’s emotional, physical, and spiritual lives to meet them where they are without imposing any expectations. Elizabeth counsels with an eclectic approach individualized to the client’s needs.
Elizabeth has worked in private practice and also the child welfare and court system. In addition, she has supervised bachelors and master level staff and interns.
Elizabeth Eugea, MS, LCPC is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor that has 29 years experience in the counseling field with children, adolescents, adults, families, groups and couples. She received her Master’s Degree in Counselor Education from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and completed an Internship in the Behavioral Medicine Clinic at Barnes-Jewish Hospital of Washington University in St. Louis.
